Just a few days ago one of my online friends, Leah Jones, was traveling in Israel. She took the time out of her busy day to write a note for me & post it on the Western Wall. Above is the picture of the note.

A little background on Leah; She is a blogger up in Chicago and she works for Edelman digital. She has some interesting opinions and she is very active in the techie/blogger/marketing community.

If you can remember, Edelman is the PR/Marketing firm that caught eye of my Axe/Tag Video way back in the day. See here. When I won a trip to Las Vegas, Edelman sent me a Axe care package. Ever since then I have been interested in Edelman and their work. Something they don’t know, I have been a return customer of the “Snake Peel” Axe shower gel.

Remember when I did a project video to see if the Axe cologne actually works? All of Axe’s advertisments always show men spraying on the body spray then all of the sudden girls just on the guy and start making out with him. Well my old video tested out this cologne to see if it worked. Click here to view the old one.

Well, Axe got in contact with me. They saw the video!! Pretty Cool!! Theis video shows you the letters that they wrote me and gave me a care package of a lot of products. Pretty freakn’ sweet!! Thanks a lot Axe!!

Here is what the Paris Hotel room looks like, courtesy of Gofish.com & America’s Dream Date. This is what 2nd place got me. I actually flew out of O’Hare airport during a blizzard. About 90% of the Flights were canceled but not mine. So I got there safely, then went to a buffet and ate a ton!! So then I got back to my room & I felt like it was Thanksgiving again, so I fell asleep, woke up at midnight, and walked the Vegas Strip by myself until 3am.. Oh yea..

In case you don’t know.. In the competition I was supposed to go with someone, but she couldn’t get time off from her new job. I went to Las Vegas by myself.

Again if you don’t know.. I’m a writer for techiediva.com. We were asked to cover backstage at the Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand hotel. So I helped her cover the products that all the celebrities were receiving at the awards. Also I went to the Billboard Music Awards. After the awards show I partied with celebrities at the hottest nightclub in Vegas called “Tao”.. The bad news is that I didn’t get to take pictures of the celebrities backstage & at the TAO nightclub, because www.wireimage.com had all the rights to all the pictures at those 2 locations. However I will use their photos to show you..

So the next videos are a special on Axe/Tag, Backstage at the Billboard Music Awards, and video of the nightclub that I went to.

Hey everyone!! Those of you who remember that I was in a competition for “America’s Dream Date” on Gofish.com. Remember you voted for me and I won 2nd Place and a trip to Las Vegas with the 2nd place woman? Well 2nd place finisher (Erica), she couldn’t make it. So I went by myself. I stayed that Paris Hotel for 2 days courtesy of Gofish.com. It was a good time. I have many videoa to edit and many things to tell you about the trip. I actually was in Vegas for 5 days and 4 nights. 2 nights at the Paris (paid by Gofish.com) & 2 nights at the MGM (paid by me). Stay tuned for more of the details.. about the trip.
