I was going through some old papers to put out for recycling. I rarely have time to read them, but I love the coupons! I came upon the page with your photo. I thought, “Hey, that’s Nick Schmidt. I wonder what great thing he’s accomplished this time.”

I was startled to see that the article was written about your diagnosis of cancer. I was pleased, however, to see that you are approaching it in the manner I would think you would. Being positive and giving it your all. I can’t imagine your doing it any other way. I’ll check in from time to time to see how quickly your recovery moves along. Stay upbeat and keep that positive outlook…..!
