My name is shawn and I am a 36 year female who has been battling this cancer for 6 years now. I have numerous surgeries , hardcore chemo and now am on my second clinical trial at the Universty of Michigan. My oncologists is Dr. Scott Shutze. Wonderful Man , I am not sure what the trial is called that you are thinking about doing here. The one I was on was AP23573 and was working well. I had to stop because I had some time lapse and tumors started growing but I still feel deep down in my heart that it would still be working if I could of kept a normal routine of it. i was on it for 3 years. I am on oral cytoxin and Rapamune now and my scans came back stable yesterday, so they have stopped growing again which is wonderful. I f you are ever at U of M I would love to meet with you I too feel like this is a very lonley disease sometimes.
