Hey everyone. I just got back from my very last wedding of the season.. Or is it? I just had a buddy call me to tell me his sister whom married in Denver is going to have a reception in Chicago on Sunday & I was invited. Plus, another buddy of mine called to tell me he is having a engagement party 2 weeks from now.

So does that count that the wedding season is over with? I say no…

One thing I figured out from my tons of experience with weddings this summer, is how to eat. Usually at the beginning they have a cocktail hour and etc. During the cocktail hour, of course get a drink, but make sure you snack up on the fruits and veggies that they have available. Then when the main course comes, continue that focus on the fruits & veggies, but focus on the meat too. Then you won’t get into eating the carbs. Then, you can have a small piece of the wedding cake.

I would rather have cake then bread. So use the carbs for the cake!! LOL.
