Cycling Vlog Diet.com Weight Loss Challenge

Well here is my 2nd video for diet.com. Summer is basically here, and it is time to get out of the gym to go Bike. So here is my 1st bike ride of the summer. However, I probably over did it. I road 30miles, way too long for just the start of the summer.

But hopefully it can burn off some of the pounds. However, I’m still having problems with the diet. It is the hardest thing to change.. GRR and monitor!! GRR.. That is probably why I haven’t lost the weight. Plus the beers don’t help either, but you have to celebrate your friends graduating college right? You have to support them..

    hey schmidt -
    good work on the cycling. i’m fighting a similar battle too try to get rid of some extra pounds. i rode 21 miles today and i’m pledging to right my bike to work every day. it’s going to be a little trecherous as there’s no sidewalk on faries parkway (by adm) but i’ll see what i can do. keep it up.

    Hi Schmidt, bought a new bike to start the summer, first day out rode to long but it felt good to use my lungs and legs again. Started a biking regimen–to ride everyday for 30 days strait see if I can do it. I am on day 2, today was easier than yesterday..a new bike is a plus..got a shwinn ranger easy to handle.
